I've spent fifteen years as the in-house marketing manager at real brands across luxury travel, hospitality, construction, and health tech. Always accountable for results, never agency-side.

I've run my own small businesses too, so I know that ads, agency fees, salaries — the costs tot up fast, and every pound needs to deliver. I'm not here to produce vague decks and monthly reports that lack substance or useful actions.
